Orephelius Maxus: The Dragon of the Ancient Magics

I've worked on this piece for quite a while. I've been wanting to take my time with it and not worry about having to finish it quickly. Without further ado, this is my dragon character!

Extremely intelligent, Orephelius Maxus is a powerful dragon with the power to bend time, read minds, and govern a secret order of telepathic, magical dragons. Often reclusive, he stays in his chambers for months, even years, at a time and studies all of the old magic that travels throughout the world.
